Step 2) Importing
photos and video
Either drag and drop media
files onto the storyboard from an explorer window or click on the
'Add pictures or video
to the slideshow '
button and navigate to the required files.
Tips: You can import a whole folder
containing photos or videos by drag and dropping the folder onto
the storyboard.
You can open an explorer window
by selecting 'Start' button in the windows desktop and then
selecting 'Pictures'. You can also open an explorer window from
PhotoVidShow as a sub option from the 'Add pictures or
video' button.
You can select multiple files
from an explorer window by one of the following
methods
• To select a consecutive group of
files or folders, click the first item, hold down the SHIFT key,
and then click the last item.
• To select a consecutive group of
files or folders without using the keyboard, drag the mouse pointer
to create a selection around the outside of all the items you want
to include.
• To select non-consecutive files
or folders, hold down CTRL, and then click each item you want to
select.
• To select all of the files or
folders, on the toolbar, click Organize, and then click Select
All.
To
rearrange the order of your slides, simply drag and drop individual
slides to their required location on the storyboard.
